26/10/2013: Have you ever thought that politeness can be creepy? If you are running a business remeber to be professionally polite in a distant way. Smiling too hard and acting as if your customer is the only person in the world that matters is not being polite. It is being creepy.

25/10/2013: Normally going to a job interview is connected to a lot of nervousness and we all get advices about how to keep our calm. What happens though if you keep your calm but the interviewer seems nervous? Basically nervousness means just the same - you are not hired - no matter who gets nervous.
